Japan Hardware Kyocera Mita Corp. ( KYO ) entered into a share purchase agreement with Chungho Comnet Co., Ltd. to acquire all outstanding shares of the two document equipment distribution subsidiaries of Chungho, Chungho OAsys Co., Ltd. and Chungho Document Solution Co., Ltd.
